International Badge Day: March 7, 2011

International Badge Day is a great opportunity to promote the benefits of sorority membership, the accomplishments of sorority members and to educate sorority women about Panhellenic spirit and history.

NPC offers you a wide variety of resources for International Badge Day. Use these resources and encourage the members and member associations of your Alumnae Panhellenic to wear their badges on March 7.

Interfraternally,

Gina D. Kerley

Surfing Sisters Reunions

Sisters who attended the reunion in Savannah, GA in July after enjoying a wonderful dinner at the Old Pink House

The Surfing Sisters of Delta Zeta have successfully held several reunions in the second half of 2010.  Ladies from across the US gathered in Savannah, GA in July, Philadelphia in October, and Las Vegas in November.  All sisters that attended the reunions enjoyed meeting with sisters and enjoying the cities that hosted them.  Several reunions are being planned for 2011, including a reunion in Lille, France.

The attached picture is a group picture of the Sisters who attended the reunion in Savannah, GA in July after enjoying a wonderful dinner at the Old Pink House.

Football Philanthropy

The Surfing Sisters of Delta Zeta recently completed their Football Fundraiser in which sisters donate based on the amount of losses of their chosen Professional or College Football Teams.  Half of the money raised is donated to the Delta Zeta Foundation, and this year, based on the winners’ choices, the other half will be split amongst Meals on Wheels, Children’s Miracle Network, and Georgetown Kids Clinic for the Deaf.  Another fundraiser is currently being planned and implemented for the Spring.
